Everyone knows that lien treatment is simply a part of the personal injury industry. However, not all doctors operate their practices in the same way. Dr. Mohammad Rasekhi, a known provider in the Southern California personal injury world, recently gave up his medical license after allegations of sexual abuse were made by both patients and employees.  

While not every treating physician will have a history of facing significant lawsuits or engaging in substantial media and online self-promotion, occasionally, you strike reputation gold. Dr. Rasekhi's exit from the medical world in this manner will potentially impact every pending case in which he was involved. Not only will this bring all of his treatment into question, but he will also be unable to testify to support his completed treatment, future treatment recommendations, and billing rates.
