Breane's practice focuses on intellectual property-related corporate transactions, including:

Breane has handled commercial transactions for companies of all sizes, from startups to cross-national corporations. She also has substantial litigation experience representing parties in federal and state courts, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, as well as alternative dispute resolution forums.

Breane has worked with the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada's Children's Attorney's Project, which provides legal representation to children in abuse and neglect cases.

Before joining Ropers Majeski, Breane worked at a boutique firm representing private clients in both litigation and transactional matters. Prior to that, she represented a Fortune 5 company in premises and products liability actions throughout Nevada.
