Frank is a seasoned trial lawyer and litigator with over 35 years of experience defending complex, high-exposure civil litigation in both state and federal courts. Having tried more than 100 cases to verdict, he focuses his practice on New York Labor Law construction accidents, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death, insurance defense and coverage litigation, premises liability, and fraud-related claims, including actions involving alleged fraud by plaintiffs and medical providers.
He has particular depth defending construction companies in work-related injury cases, and brings substantial appellate experience before multiple New York Appellate Divisions.
Frank's career spans both sides of the courtroom. He began as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County, where he rose to Senior Assistant Trial Attorney, prosecuting violent felonies, including homicide, robbery, and assault. He then transitioned to civil litigation as a lead trial attorney for a national insurance carrier, managing high-exposure matters before being promoted to Managing Attorney of the carrier's Long Island Trial Division. He later co-founded a litigation firm where he served as primary trial counsel and directed trial strategy across all criminal defense and plaintiff-side civil matters in New York.
