Sam represents businesses and individuals in a broad range of civil litigation matters, with a focus on commercial disputes and contract claims. He has represented clients in breach of contract actions, property disputes, business tort claims, and declaratory judgment proceedings involving real property and local government ordinances.
While in law school, Sam served as co-chair of the Allen Moot Court Competition and was a full member of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Moot Court team. He was also involved in the Multicultural Legal Society and the Environmental and Agricultural Law Society.
