Rob handles cases from inception through trial. He has tried cases for more than two decades and has attained favorable results for clients through trial, mediation, summary judgment, and settlements during pretrial discovery.
Rob also has experience in the transportation industry, including representing municipal and private commercial companies. He represented a private company providing personal transport to disabled individuals to ensure ADA compliance and also tried several cases on behalf of a major metropolitan transit authority related to various bus accidents.
